Choose from Gold Protection or Platinum Protection, depending on the level of support your facility requires. Both programs include a comprehensive multi-point inspection performed by a trained Allmark Door technician and priority service call handling for covered assets. For facilities where uptime is critical, our Platinum Protection Program provides enhanced support and faster repair response for qualifying equipment.
Our planned maintenance programs are available on a quarterly, tri-annual, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your facility usage, equipment volume, and operating environment.
Typical services include:
- Commercial overhead door maintenance including inspection and adjustment of tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, and weather seals
- Loading dock maintenance including dock leveler inspection, lubrication, and operational testing
- High-speed door and automatic door inspections to support reliable day-to-day performance
- Drive motor, operator, and control system testing for consistent and safe operation
- Safety sensor testing and equipment inspections to help support OSHA and ANSI compliance standards

With your Planned Maintenance Platinum Protection Program, if you experience downtime due to mechanical failure, we will send a technician to your door the same day or our service is free. Calls received after 2:00 p.m. will have a technician onsite by 9:00 a.m. the following business
day. Applies to equipment covered under an active PM contract. Damage and abuse not included.
